This November, join us for our inaugural Winemaker’s Dinner featuring acclaimed Piedmont producer Paolo Manzone. Executive Chef Brandon Salomon presents a five-course menu, each course paired with Manzone’s celebrated Barolo and other Piedmont selections. To crown the evening, Alba white truffles make a cameo throughout the menu, an ode to the region’s most iconic treasure.
